A 10-year parts and labor warranty comes standard with each new furnace and/or air conditioner install you receive from Schneider Heating & Cooling, Inc.

Tax Credit Incentive

On February 17, 2009, the former tax credit incentives for homeowners who install energy efficient air conditioners and furnaces was increased and extended. Now if you install a new qualifying air conditioner and/or furnace, you will receive a 30% tax credit of the cost you incure from the purchase and installation of your new equipment. There is a $1,500 cap on this incentive per house, and you have to reside in the house in which it was installed in order to qualify for this incentive. This credit is available to those who have the qualifying equipment installed by Decenber 31, 2010. For more information, check out the links we have provided on our links page.
