10-Year Parts and Labor Warranty

Many people only receive a parts warranty on new equipment installations for their home. We understand you really do not want to have to pay labor for the work done on your unit under warranty. That’s why a 10-year parts and labor warranty comes standard with each new furnace and/or air conditioner installation for your home that you receive from Schneider Heating & Cooling, Inc. The parts warranty is given by the manufacturer while the labor warranty is purchased from JB & Associates. That means that you will pretty much only be responsible for the expense of the annual maintenance of your equipment.
